The Timber Creek Men's and Women's soccer programs raised $7,000 at the Rex King Memorial Cup. All of the proceeds were donated to the Community Hospice of Texas. Denise Procaccino, Public Relations/Development Coordinator at the Community Hospice accepted the donation from Juniors Rachael Davis, Kali Asher and Coach King on Jan. 31, 2012. The money donated will be used to help individuals without insurance or Medicare in their final days.
Timber Creek Soccer is very grateful to everyone who helped make this donation possible. Without the volunteers, sponsors, refs, participants, and administration we would not have been able to make such a generous donation. Special thanks go to TEAAM Communication, INC. and Donald Jones Consulting for being our title sponsors as well as Alliance Imprinting and Design for donating the banners. We would also like to thank Fossil Ridge HS, Coach Ortiz and Coach Moore, for graciously helping co-host the tournament.
